In preparation for Easter, I caught up with Marissa Kraxberger, Vice President and Art/Head of Creative at Oscar de la Renta’s childrenswear line.

I asked her what celebrities kids she would most like to dress and what she would put them in, and also asked her about how she would plan a high fashion Easter Egg Hunt.

Marissa Kraxberger said she would really like to dress Jessica Alba’s daughters, Honor and and Haven. Kraxberger met Jessica Alba in 2011 when she was pregnant with Haven (and Marissa was pregnant with her son Hayden). “What she has done with her company Honest is so inspiring and I really believe in her vision.” said Kraxberger.

Marissa says she’d love to dress Jessica Alba’s younger daughter Honor in her button down linen dress (with bow detail) which retails for $245.

She says she would dress Alba’s older daughter Haven in the pink linen party dress (with a lace sash) that retails for $275.

Kraxberger says she’d also love to dress Natalie Portman’s son Aleph. She thinks Aleph would look very dapper in this turquoise plaid romper. I tend to agree, and while I think the romper is super cute in turquoise, it’s also available in navy/red. The romper retails for $175.

Naomi Watts boys, Sasha and Kai are also among Kraxberger’s favorites. She notes that “Naomi and Liev are always seen together and with their boys, I love that. I would be with my family all day long if I could.” Kraxberger thinks Sasha would look great in this linen blazer ($275), with a button up ($85), and classic twill trousers ($115).

She also thinks Kai would look handsome in a pink striped button up, and classic twill trousers ($115).

Marissa Kraxberger says her ultimate wish would be to dress the Jolie-Pitt kids. “I have always been a huge fan of Angelina Jolie, I did a blog post awhile back about my total mom crush on her. What she does from an advocacy standpoint has always inspired me.”

Kraxberger would put 11-year-old Maddox Chivan in a Navy blaxer ($250), with a green heather polo ($65), and classic twill trousers ($115).

When it comes to 8-year-old Zahara Marley, Kraxberger likes the floral guipure dress with a pique bodice ($350).

Kraxberger thinks the green striped button up shirt ($85),  along with classic twill trousers ($115) are perfect for 9-year-old Pax Thien.

Kraxberger sees 6-year-old Shiloh in pink seersucker shorts ($95) with a sleeveless blous ($95).

As for the 4-year old twins Knox and Vivienne, Kraxberger would Knox in white cotton pants ($85) along with a blue multi grid shirt ($75).

Marissa sees Vivienne sporting this floral pinafore dress ($195).

I also asked Marissa what her idea of a fashionable Easter egg hunt is. Liking a classic and traditional experience, she says “I plan on decorating eggs with the kids the night before and then mixing those with the plastic eggs with treats for the hunt. I think keeping it simple and traditional is what makes it special… its not fancy. As Oscar says, it should be about children being children. I will be camera ready for the hunt to catch the moments of surprise!”

70-year-old design extraordinaire, Betsey Johnson caused a whole lot of hubbub on 34th street yesterday, as she publicly staged a window display promoting her new dress line at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. Betsey sired up so much attention, that an ambulance actually collided with another motor vehicle on 34th street.

The event was super fun, and drew a crowd of lots of Betsey Babes decked out in Betsey dresses from past and present. Betsey, along with her assistant Brandon Aldrige and the folks at Steve Madden decked out the windows with her new dresses manufactured by The Levy Group, Betsey jewelry and M&J Bridal Salon tiaras. Betsey painted faces on manikins and also painted “ Lipstick, Diamonds, Champagne, Rock and Roll” on the wall behind her display. Betsey also brought her granddaughter, Layla along for the ride, for what proved to be a very adorable three hours.

The new line, which is available at betseyjohnson.com, Macy’s, Nordstrom and other fine retailers, looks great–my favorite dress is an update to her old Film Noir dress, and is adorn with a butterfly print, but the dress is also available in black.

Betsey will be back at Macy’s in May to do another public appearance and meet and greet with her fans–needless to say, we’re really looking forward to that.

I interviewed Lubov Azria before the BCBGMAXAZRIA Fall 2013 show.

Kaley Cuoco of CBS’ The Big Bang Theory arrived at The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Stylist luncheon yesterday in Los Angeles wearing a blue and yellow ombre printed dress from McGinn that features a black patent collar, really giving it some added flair.

McGinn’s Marlie printed dress retails for $325, and is available at Nordstrom.

Daniel Vosovic showed his Fall 2013 collection at The W Hotel in Union Square today. The collection began with a view of a modern day female aristocrat. Mr. Vosovic sees the bold women wearing his line craving a colorful, textured look with a hint of rebellion. He says the collection has manifested into a deceptively simple collection, both in execution and detail.

An original digital print of aquatic brain coral, rendered on charmeuse, offers visual depth to signature slim-slouchy silhouettes and contrasts the use of woo;, modal, suede and leather in various finishes. The color story explores saturated emeralds and blues supported by ivory, bordeaux and black in an array of shades and textures. By mixing silhouettes from the early 20th century, scuba diving & favorite pieces from a boyfriend’s closet, the collection achieves an acute balance of both form and function.

We really liked this short dress, and could really see a girl having a great night on the town in it!

Former Miss USA and Real Housewife of Atlanta, Kenya Moore put out a music video for her song Gone With The Wind Fabulous last night before appearing on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live last night, which is currently on the road at SXSW.

The video pokes fun at Phaedra Parks, Porsha Stewart and Walter Jackson, all people Ms. Moore has developed rivalries with on the show. The video starts off with Shangella of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” playing Porsha Stewart and poking fun at comments that Stewart has made on the show, like thinking years have 265 days. The video proceeds to have two church choir members covering Gone With The Wind Fabulous, when a plus sized actress with very saggy boobs walks in in a bathing suit spoofing one Ms. Parks wore in Anguilla. Next we see an actor playing Walter Jackson, and going off on Kenya’s claims that Walter Jackson is gay, the actor come out in very short shorts and is reading ‘Douche Bag Magazine’ that is on a search for America’s Next Top Bottom. Ms. Moore also plays up Beyoncé Knowles’s Super Bowl comments, by mimicking the Single Ladies music video. Finally the video ends with Ms. Moore empowering a bunch of young tutu wearing girls.
